Entrances & Parking

At least one accessible entrance (32" clear width)
Van-accessible parking with signage and access aisles
Path from parking to entrance is stable, firm, slip-resistant, and at least 36" wide
Entrance door with accessible hardware, minimal opening force

Dining & Seating Areas

At least 5% of fixed tables (minimum one) are accessible
Accessible tables: 30" x 48" space with knee/toe clearance
Accessible seating is dispersed throughout the dining area
Routes between tables are at least 36" wide

Communication Access

Menus available in alternative formats (e.g., read aloud)
Staff trained for interaction with individuals who have sensory impairments
Use of effective communication tools (e.g., notepads or apps)

Restrooms

At least one accessible public restroom
Restroom doors with 32" clearance and usable hardware
Grab bars and 60" turning radius in toilet stall
Accessible sink with knee clearance

Service Counters

One service/cashier counter is ≤ 36" high
30" x 48" clear space in front of accessible counter
Equal level of service across all customers

Circulation & Emergency Access

Aisles and routes ≥ 36" wide
Ramps for level changes > ½ inch (slope ≤ 1:12)
Accessible emergency exits clearly marked

Operations & Policies

Staff receive ADA and sensitivity training
Policies permit service animals
Reasonable modifications are offered when requested
